In return for the purchase of new PRISM models (MPS/MPD/MPP models, and MPX2-25), you can receive a trade-in credit if you choose to trade in your working Telestream, or equivalent competitor product, which was purchased more than 5 years ago. Check the table below for a list of valid trade-in products.

Program Rules
• This trade in is only for the Trade-in models in the
above list towards purchase of a PRISM model.
• The displaced unit must be in working order and
should be purchased before December 31, 2018.
• The trade-in credit will be applied on a one for one
basis i.e., the discount will only be applied to a
purchased unit in return for an associated trade-in
instrument.
• The trade-in credit applies to the base unit and all
options / accessories, excluding service options.
• Telestream reserves the right to limit the number of
Trade-ins accepted from end users.
• The purchase order must be placed and accepted
before November 30, 2023.
• Telestream decisions regarding this promotion
are final and binding.
• Telestream reserves the right to change or
cancel this program at any time.
Trade-in Equipment Disposition
Customer will be responsible for the disposition of trade in
equipment. Products that have been used in the trade-in
program should be retired or destroyed based on local
regulations. The program’s intent is to decommission all
equipment and dispose of it in an environmentally lawful
manner.
